Little Aths were at Wyndham Park, chatted with nearly everyone in my squad before their race and a couple after their race, some very happy runners. I ran as the rabbit for the U6-8 race, as per normal I ran until the 750m mark and then pulled off the course to provide encouragement for the finale, I then followed the last two girls into the finish.
After all of the races I went for a 35 min run with Clare along the river from Wyndham Park, running along the trails and on the grass to keep off the paths. From there I drove home and then took off for a 10k run from home, cruising pace and finishing in exactly 45 min. A nice morning for a run, 12 degrees, no wind and lots of sunshine.
