At the track for coaching at 5pm, a nice easy session for the kids tonight with the majority racing yesterday, so a casual w/up including dynamic stretching and a few strides (which I watched from the side and front on). We played a stack of little games with med balls and then some fun relays, finishing up with some static stretching.
Finishing just after 6:10pm, quickly home, dropped my track pants and went for a casual stroll from home, just over 6k in 30 minutes, shower, soup for dinner and then off for a committee meeting.
A very easy night, actually much easier than what I set the ladies I coach, hmmm maybe I needed to do a bit more.
