Sat 07 Apr 07, Werribee River with Ads

This morning I Adam ran from his brother's place and we took off just after 7am, and wow its was cool, I ran with a T, 6 degrees, but you could tell it was going to turn into a beautiful day. Very sunny and NO wind at all!! A great morning for a 70 minute run along the Werribee river.

The majority of the run was at 13.5-14kph, chatting away about life, politics, work and running shoes, of course anyone who knows Ads knows that there were a hundred other topics within the 60 minutes that we ran together. A great run, just over 15km in 72 min.

Perfect running weather isn't it!

Remember that surfing movie Endless Summer, we need a running movie called Endless Autumn.

The best time of year for runners, I reckon for most of my run this afternoon I had an idiot grin fixed to my face.

Congrats on hitting the big 4 0 last week Stu, from someone who is about to hit the big 3 5 !!

Conditions have been ideal for running here too - if only it could last year round...!

Now is a great time to be 'freshing up' - look forward to hearing how your winter season goes.

All the best, MAR.
