Fri 20 Apr 07, an early run
A busy day today so I was on the road in the dark at home, I ran my 10k course a tad under 45 minutes. Slightly cool, so I wore a T and shorts but was very warm by the end of it. Finally made the 1000km mark for the year!
ATFCA Coaching Course at Knox this weekend and my Aths CLub Presentation Night, so a busy weekend.
