Sun 29 Apr 07, easy recovery run
With the boys staying this weekend my recovery run didn't happen until 4pm, just over 35 minutes, 7.2km and then a run with two girls from the club at 6-6.30 pace for another 6km, total of 13km.
My quads were feeling the effect of yesterday's race and that was the same for a couple others that I spoke to, so after the run I spent some time stretching the quads, ITB & hip flexors.

You'll probably feel great tomorrow Stu. For you, that's very easy running.
That makes sense about the divisions. That's what we do in the ACT, although these days only about 20% of runners are in ACTAA clubs; so we rarely field more than A, B and C grade in open, and A and B in juniors.
i love that.... an easy easy run is 13kms... can you just impant some kms into my leggies please STU
