Mon 02 Apr 07, an easy run

I had today off, clearing some flex leave and enjoying a bit of a sleep in at a friend's place after a few beers last night. Not over excited about much today, I thought I better roll around the local streets for a bit so I chucked my gear and did a 10k course from home in a few seconds over 45 minutes.
