Tue 29 May 07, a shit run
I had my Dr appt this arvo, had some blood tests & an ECG, results Thursday. Throughout the afternoon I decided I wouldn't do a track session and I was going to sit around home and catch up with things.
Just after 6pm I got an attack of the guilts and decided to go for a run around the streets from home, just over 10k in 45 minutes. Cold & wet, the shower afterwards was the only good aspect of the trip.

Yuck, I just went through rounds of tests incl ECG with initial dodgy result etc etc. Just got the all clear from doc yesterday which means that I don't have to have another appt for 3 months - for someone who doesn't get sick much, it is a bit annoying spending so much time with medical type people.
Anyway, hope all looks good for you.
