Mon 21 May 07, basically a rest day

I was suppose to run at lunch but rain and not really interested and a little birdy suggesting a well rested Stu has proven to race well before, so no run. The only running I did do today was a 1km warm up with my squad of Little A's and running through the drills with them, no more.

The three boys are staying with me for the next few days as their mum is off to Canberra for work, so no running for the next 2 days unless I get out at lunch. If I was not racing this week, I might have looked for an avenue to train but with a big race this weekend, I decided an extended quiet week could be good!
