Blogging from Canberra.
I left Melbourne (Hoppers) after washing my car at 9:15am to make the trip to Canberra, with a few stops I had an enjoyable drive and arrived at Gungahlin at 4.20pm, so not bad time. 34 degrees, which proved to be the coolest day so far...
After a quick chat myself and friend for an easy 5k, 26 minutes, she was very happy, but exhausted, I went did another lap of the same course in 21:15, so a nice way to shake the legs after a long drive. The weather was hot & dry with no wind.
