2005 Racing Highlights
My time & effort in the AV 10km State Champs at Sandown in May, where I hoped to break my PB of mid 43 minutes and run near 41 minutes, I ran 40:30 and I had so many people congratulate me from so many clubs, it was an excellent feeling of support & friendship.

The Victorian Cross Country Champs at Bundoora (12km), I ran a 'massive' PB but the time was not the highlight. For the first time ever I ran this particular course with confidence & aggression and was able to run my last lap faster than the first 2 and I beat a lot of others who I had never beaten before.

The first 1500m race for this season, I hoped to break 5 minutes for the first time, last year I ran 5:02-03 8 times without ever breaking the 'magical' 5 minute barrier, prior to the race I knew I was faster & fitter but I never expected to run as well as I did; I ran 4:49. To say I was happy is an understatement!

I am the kind of hombre who loves to taste hot things. Right now I am constructing my private photovoltaic panels. I am making it all by myself without the help of my staff. I'm using the net as the only way to acheive this. I encountered a very awesome site which explains how to create pv panels and so on. The internet site explains all the steps involved in constructing photovoltaic panels.

I'm not sure about how accurate the data given there iz. If some experts over here who had xp with these works can have a look and give your feedback in the site it would be grand and I'd extremely appreciate it, because I extremely lav solar panel construction.

Tnx for reading this. U guys are great.
