8km today and 39km for the week so far, 2/2 runs this month
Finished work early, had a 'nanna nap' and caught up with some valuable sleep and felt great for it. Caught up with my washing and someother domestics and took off for a very easy paced 8k run from home.
The course is measured by car and normally I run it quite quickly, but today 40:30 sec, very casual. Sat one pace and just left time click over. Stretched for probably 15 minutes with lots of concentration on my hamstrings, glutes and ITB. Did some core work to, finishing off with some of the harder core work from my pilates sessions.
Planned run in the city tmw with the S2F training group (either 5/10km) and an easy run on Thu arvo on the flats around some of the trails at the You Yangs.
