7.5km today and 43km for the week so far, 14/25 runs this month
A visit to the dentist today, a filling and then sorted some other pers bits & pieces. Arrived at the track at 5pm to do a track session with Dave, we started with a 15+min warm up, predominantly on grass. Changed into my flats and did 5x70m strides. Tonight I wore tights and T to stay warm during the recovery parts.
Tonight's session for all of the distance crew was 6x400m, the only difference was speed and the recovery time. For me and Dave, 78 sec, with a 200m walk/run, 2 minutes as we are both just returning to the track.

73 sec (a good 400m walk)
Funnyily the second last rep was hopefully going to be a 76 but it went the other way and the final was hopefully going to be 75-76... Was happy with tonights session, finished off with a nice cool down on the inside on the track on the grass.
Tomorrow I plan on meeting Clarkey in the city at 7am for an easy 45-50 min run, Sat is off with 2 of my boys visiting and then race on Sunday, yes race!
