13km today and 45km for the week so far
Took off for my run starting at the Riverbend reserve car park at 5.30pm, made my way into the reserve and over the dam wall, singlet off, to get some sun. Easy paced run with no intention of picking up the pace, remain one paced, about 4.50ish pace. Ran upto & through Wyndham Park, crossed the river over the stones past the football oval & pool, a lap of the car park and then return.
Arrived back at the car park in 61 minutes with the knowledge of 13-13.5k nice and easy. The quads felt better and I had worked up a decent sweat, singlet back on so I wouldn't get cold. Stretched for 10 minutes and then drove home.
At home some more stretching and then a bunch of core exercises.
