5km today and 62km for the week so far
Just over 5km very easy from home around a couple of local parks and roads, trying to stay very easy, so slow I hardly raised any form of sweat. Just wanted to run a little tightness from the hammies after yesterdays track session.
Tomorrow a round of Shield Comp, will be running the 800m only, hoping for another sub 2:20 run if I get the pacing right, but the last weeks efforts may stop that??? Sunday a road relay with the Melbourne Midday Milers, 4 person teams running 4 legs each, a 3k time trial and 3 other legs between 3.2 & 3.8k for me, should be a good day.
