A set of 600m reps

45 minutes in the gym this morning, an all round set, lunges, squats, shoulders, upper back, arms, lower back, core etc.

A 40 min game of football of a 3/4 pitch, great workout and loads of sweat.

Tonight at the track, 5x600m @ 85 sec per 400m

Happy with the set, felt fairly comfortable and hopefully I'll be able to hold this pace for a 1500m very soon.
