Melbourne Cup Day

No extra $$$ in my bank account as a result of the TAB.... :(


Track training tonight, 4x200m, 4x400m & 4x200m at 41 sec per 200m, that was the plan, but I was a tad too fast on the short reps...

  • 37.54 / 36.95 / 37.47 / 34.13

Five laps to warm up, 6x70m strides and only 1 lap to cool down.
