Fri 24 Feb 06, no run, just a gym session

0km today and 55km for the week so far. 21/24 runs this month & 45/55 runs for the year

No running for me today, time for a day off, first one since the 8th/9th of Feb. Arrived in the gym at 6:45am, a good session of 40 min of shoulder, chest and arms and 20 minutes of core & ab work. Really worked hard & fast and had a nice glow when I left.

Good luck for Sunday Stew Mack as I hear you are doing a very low key approach to the Sri Chinmoy 10km where you will finally bust that 40 min barrier.
The mind is indeed a very powerful thing!

Not racing this weekend, I will be at the Werribee LAC Open Day acting as one of the Chief Marshalls.

I will be running the You Yangs Sunday morning, 6:00am

The gate is closed to cars, thats why you park out the front and run in. I have to run at 6-6:15 or I will not get the run in as I have to be at the track at 8:30ish.

Running on a road in the early sunrise is ok, start slowly.

Its pitch dark at 6:00 AM and the gate is closed until the Ranger arrives later.
You cannot safely do this run in the dark!!!
