7km today and 66km for the week so far. 15/17 runs this month & 39/48 runs for the year
In the gym this morning early, lots to do today, gym, recruiting agenda for 4-5 hours, run @ lunch, clear my in trays and get to the G to watch friends compete by 4.45pm, very BUSY.
Gym was a great session, worked very hard, low weights, 15 reps with only 15-30 sec breaks between sets, very sweaty. Finished off with only 10 minutes of ab work, all up 50 minutes, not including cool down.
Lunchtime run, warm, little to no wind, warm up by jogging past the Shrine to the 5k mark, then a lap of the Tan plus the extra part to make it to 5k and finished with a 1-1.5k cool down. Started off at a solid pace, 4:20 & followed up with 4:19, then with the hill included I ran a 4:10 and then finished the last 2k's in 3:55 & 3:49, happy with the run.
Last Little A's tmw. All the best to all competing at the G this weekend.
