39km for the week
Felt ok this morning, can feel some spots in the hip area, but nothing I'm concerned with, I just think a few body parts were pushed around in last nights session.
The first 40 minutes of my run along the Yarra, felt great but then I started to tire fairly quickly so I dramatically reduced the pace and didn't worry about trying to finish off harder.
Sandown Relays this weekend, I will be in the Div 7 team, 4x6.2km. Western A's will have the strongest team in Div 7 for the four years I have been involved, so very much looking forward to it. The Club are looking good this weekend with six teams, 2 open men, 2 open women, 1 U20 men & 1 U16 women - WOW.
