Well things are not great, back is tight, legs feel heavy and actually they feel like I have done a hard hill session. Track session tonight, will not be a big one.
Arrived at the track and went for a run with Dave, just over 16 minutes, a few light stretches and a couple of strides to loosen up. Light session, 5x600m Burkie has set and young Jason as a partner.

Two lap cool down and then dressed and jogged home for 17 minutes.
Probably no run tomorrow, unless I can squeeze it in at lunch, organising a big conference in the morning.
