Finally....

Prior to my gym set I decided to run a lap of the Tan and after a quick check of my training log I have finally run a 1000km for 2009, a lot early than last year (mid August).

A lap of the Tan in 18 minutes something and then into the gym for a 40 minute session of all round stuff and YES I did a plank or two and my entire body was SHAKING!
