Some 200m reps during winter is always nice!

This morning out of bed just before 5am to watch the Champions League, whilst the result was not what I was hoping for, I sadly believe that the best team on the day won the game, deservedly.

I watched the game until 6am (we were losing 1 - nil), then a quickish trip into the city, jogged to the gym and took control of the big TV, straight onto ESPN, shit United are two down and the final 10 minutes we didn't look like we were going to score... :(

Whilst in the gym, 5 minutes on the bike and 5 min on the tready before some deep squats followed by lunges, then cable cross overs, bicep & tricep work, bench inclined sit ups, fit ball & med ball core work followed up with crunches.

Tonight at the track, a couple of outer lane laps followed by 4x100m strides and then into 20x200m in 44/45 sec pace with a 100m walk in approx 60 sec, a nice steady set prior to a 10k road race on Saturday.

3:45 felt very easy, yes only 200m efforts, but nice and easy was how they all felt, with myself & David leading the pack we chatted nearly the entire session. Finished off with a 3 lap cool down.

Last night the Man Mundine won again, but I ask the female readers, what do you think of Sonny Bill Williams body, if you don't like tatts then please ignore the sleeve, but OMG I was watching the highlights of his fight lasdt night, I would be running so fast and far away, he is 'built'!!!

A pommy from work took yesterday off to watch Man-U win - he'll cop heaps today.
