In the gym for 50-55 min, chest, shoulders, upper back, arms & core.
Indoor football at lunch, another good win, 5-3. We are now 4th on the ladder (out of 12) and starting to get close to finals.
Training at the track tonight for my squad, I stood and coached, a few sore spots, so I decided to rest up.
