Gym and a L O N G shitty 'Planning Conference

In the gym at 6:20am, OMG this early morning stuff is getting easier.... I started on the tready for an easy 2k and then an easy 2k on the bike. Myself & my training partner then did some incline bench press, incline flys, shoulder press, biceps curls mixed with some incline crunches, then crunches on the ball and finished with 3x1 min planks.


Today's work day commenced at the Novotel St Kilda at 8am and I walked out the front door at 6:15pm...then back to work for 30 minutes before making the trek home...I've had better days.
