Chest, shoulders, lunges, squats and core - 50 minutes, to start the day.
Tonight's set along the Fed Trail was a 8 min run and then 4x4 minute efforts with 2:30 min recovery, a slightly shorter timed recovery and only 60 sec of walking and the remaining time floating at 6 min pace (according to Jo's Garmin).
I felt strong and easily could have done another 2 sets, maybe it is true, I am getting fitter and it is time to build this up now. Shuffle back for the cool down.
