0km today so far and 42km for the week so far. 7/10 runs this month & 54/69 runs for the year
Arrived in the gym at 7:15, did 45 minutes, chest, arm (front & back) & some core & abs. Not an overly hard paced session, just rolling through a routine.
Overall I feel a little down, so will be taking it easy for the next few days, try and get a few more hours sleep and reduce my running pace for the next few runs.
Will include run details if I get out there.
