0km today and 35km for the week so far. 2/3 runs this month & 49/62 runs for the year
Arrived in the gym at 6:50 and left just before 8am, great session, loads of core work and chest & arms, also included some lunges & squats today as well. Not running today, decided to take it off, racing tomorrow at Coburg in a 800m race, hoping to go sub 2:20.

All the best for a good 800 Stu. Be positive - even it it's windy you can do it. Especially with your endurance. I'm predicting a 67ish first lap and 2:18.
