The boys enjoyed themselves, running around with other kids and K was fussed over by nearly every female under the age of 16, life is easy when you are not 2 years old, people feed you, carry you everywhere and of course just good old general fussing. :)
At the Champs I moved to near the starting area for the U16 4x400m relay, Michelle was starting so me & the three boys moved from the back straight. Tim Crosbie was laying in the infield (50m), I gave him a wave and he pointed his camera, this was the result, me & Kaelan.

Western Aths had a great weekend, lots of socialising, lots of medals, lots of PBs and lots of barrier broken between squads, an excellent weekend.

No running (except for a lap of OP with Pierre) but loads of walking up & down the stairs at OP and no probs.
