The aftermath & some morning stretching

Thankfully my achilles felt fine this morning???? Gym this morning and on the bike for 10 minutes, 10 minutes of core work and 10 min of leg stretching.


Coaching tonight, another new 14 year old girl in my group, Melanie. My running tonight was, I jogged 3 laps chatting with a Mich about her upcoming Region Champs & general stuff and 1 lap with Melanie & a girl from Burkie's squad.

i had a sore achillies 2 years ago
a lot of intensive physio seemed to fix the problem, and i had 3 weeks of
little running, maybe you need to slow down get it right before resuming running.frustrating though
isn't it.i'm sure your doing the right stuff.
