In the gym for 45 minutes, today I did lots of exercises, quicker than normal, lighter than normal and with reps of 20 with very short breaks.  I actually worked up a real good sweat and really enjoyed the session.
This arvo I visited my physio to chat about what next with my achilles, all of the pain is very much on the heel, very isolated.  So a recommendation and I'm off to OP Sports Med to see Karen.  $$$$$$$$$ that I really don't have, but I would like to be able to run.
