Mon 30 May, a couple around the Tan

Easy morning to ensure recovery, cool today, wore a dri fit T, tights & gloves. 2 laps of the Tan, 18:30 & 17:50, then 10 minutes to finish.

Felt good, no problems.

Congratulations on that very nice PB, StuMac! Good feeling, isn't it, when all the hard work pays off? Now, I suppose you'll just get faster & faster....quite the opposite from where I'm heading!
