Just over 40 minutes of easy running, from the Barracks on St Kilda Rd to Fawkner Park, 2 complete laps of that, completely off the paths, staying on the dirt & grass trails (12:44 & 12:20).
Finished off at 5min pace and ensured I stretched for 10 minutes.
Long run tomorrow at Gellibrand Hill (near the airport) at 2pm, due to Mother's Day.
