Didn't get to run on Sunday, as expected, probably needed a day off anyway...
This morning I took off at 6.45am from Vic Barracks and made my way along the Tan up Anderson, then turned left and then left again and went down Walsh St, then right along Punt Rd (bigger hill), then down Walsh up Anderson. I call this the figure 8 course, 2 complete laps at a nice pace, working on the endurance and strength up the hills. Twice Punt & 3 times Anderson, a good session. First circuit was 14:25 & next was 14:05, all up with other parts just below 50 minutes.
I remember 2 years ago I hated this session, I found it too hard and was lucky to see 52 min, and that was going hard, so a very comfortable sub 50 is nice.
