Squad training & then General Training

I arrived with C & D at 4:20pm, so with 10 min before training started I jogged 4 laps and then dropped another 2 with some of the kids all in lane 7/8. Whilst the kids did drills I watched and coached and then did the 2x60m and 2x100m strides, I start after the kids and cruise behind and watch form.

With a bucket of cold water and towels at the finish line I split the group into 2 groups of 8 and we did 8x200m. I sat in lane 3/4 encouraging and going through most of the reps in 38-40sec depending which group I ran with and how wide I ran.

A couple of easy laps and then running general training which is predominantly my group doing some other disciplines.
