A busy day at work....arrived at the track and made my way onto the Fed Trail for 20 minutes, then at the track I jogged slowly with all of my juniors for 12 minutes, recovery pace.
Then a couple of laps of skipping, sideways stepping, criss cross, butt kicks etc. Then 4 strides of the infield on the grass, we all then finished off with 1500m pace, 300m, 250m, 200m & 150m.
The kids were very happy with an easy session which finished off with 10 minutes of stretching and then singing happy birthday to one of the mums...
