I ran to the track from home, 7km in 31:30, which was a good work out, lots of sweat and I made it just after 5pm (starting time).
The kids ran 300m with a 100m float x 5 and I had another group doing very fast 120m reps. I ran two of the 300m reps in 65 with the front group and then I continued to jog on the grass infield passing on suggestions.... then I joined Scott for an extra 2x150m reps, fast!
Then after stretching, planks, sit ups and chatting I jogged back home at a much more comfortable pace, 35:15.
15km for the day.
