Circuit & indoor football

This morning I ran a couple of kms and powered walk around the Botanical Gardens, finishing off with loads of lunges, squats, push ups, crunches, sit ups and finishing off with various planks, T (lady from work who I am helping with PT sessions) found it hard, I also found that my legs were fairly tired from the amount of lunges I had done throughout the week and also a few kms than previous. :-) all good!


Lunch today I played approx 15-20 minutes of the indoor football, 2 - 2, a draw was a better result that losing.

I'd really like to play indoor football but watching my brother and nephew play makes me think otherwise.

I'd probably end up with an ankle or knee injury which would really peeve me no end.
