And sadly I couldn't celebrate it with a run, some blood & wee tests this morning after fasting and then back again for another wee test after drinking some 'stuff' at 1pm and then finally some food. No comments please re; are you alright etc, they are a part of a program I am involved in, nothing more, I only mention so I can remember for my training regime as generally I feel tired after the injections but I'm off that program for a few months.
So no run today, excluding a few laps with the little kids at Little Aths general training.
