Hit the Tan nice and early, two laps 18:02 & 17:14, a beautiful morning here in Melbourne, very sunny and no wind! How different a few hours later when it was cloudy and cool.
And by the time I arrived at the VU Complex for Little Aths Relay training, it was cool and VERY windy and very tough for the U9 boys who are allocated a small area and had to contend with a head wind! Well at least it kept them a little quiet.
