This morning I did some hills in & around the Botanical Gardens/Tan. Starting on the Tan and running along the Tan until the Swan St bridge and then along the Yarra until nearing Morrell bridge, turning after a few stretches and then doing some rolling strides back to the Pillars.
Up and down some stairs, then along the grass on a diagonal direction, then straight ahead and then straight ahead but shorter and then diagonal (to the left) but shorter and flatter. Lots of shorter reps, good pace, which got the legs working! A 1k jog back and then 8-10 min of stretching on the grass.
At lunch I went to the gym for 25 minutes, upper back, chest and arms with some core work (not much).
