Tonight I started with a 2k warm up and some light stretching before joining a couple of 16 year olds for a set of 6x800m in 3:10 with 60 sec recovery. I then finished off with a 2k cool down too.

We finshed off with a 300m walk before going off for the cool down, a good solid session, not to hard but with my current fitness probably the right pace. 9k for the evening.

Nice even ones there Stu. They must seem slow for a sub-2:20 runner. Hope the achilles settles down.
