Plovers were very BAD! I ran to warm up for 10 minutes, then some stretching and then 10 minutes of drills, marching, high knees, bummies, step overs & then finishing off with strides.
Tonight's set: 800m (2:55), 600m (2:11), 400m (1:27), 300m (59s), 200 (36.3), approx 150m (23.1)
Three lap cool down and then 3 lap cool down later on with Sarah.
