I spent the majority of the day at the Melb Show as a volunteer with VLAA, OMG it was cold & WINDY!!! What a shocker!
I got home just after 4pm and I went for an easy 30 min stroll as running may not be on the agenda over the weekend, with a trip to Sydney with some mates for a drinking weekend.... and these two guys CAN drink and will make me look very much an amateur!

Mate, from what I heard last weekend, you arent too shabby in the drinking department either.
One way or another, you gotta keep the fluids up!!!!
