Wed 18 Jul 07, a city run
I started with 25 minutes of running at 5k pace and then took the 5km S2F group. I took them about 5.5km or a bit further. Did stretching for 5 who remained after the run and then I ran for a further 15 min. All up about 13-14k of gentle running.
