Mon 23 Jul 07, the Tan

Second week in a row, on the Tan nice and early, a lap in either direction, no times as my watch has died (battery). Even paced run, funnily I thought it was warm, and sadly it was 5 degrees when I started, since when did I think that 5 was warm.
