Niggles/injury: A few...again aware of my hip flexors & abductor region, sore after the XC. And honestly, aware of my lower legs too.
Excuses: I missed a five days of solid training due to medical reasons after the State XC race.
Races: 5km leg in the Ekiden Relay, 12km XC at Bundoora, neither were that good.
Upcoming races: Sandown 6.2km road relay & 8km XC
Goals for July: consolidate & build for a HM in Sep
General thoughts: It would be nice to feel the sun whilst running, it would also be nice to run without having to do a load of washing everytime, singlets, shorts & socks are so much easier that all of these other items of clothing. Same thoughts as June...

You're in a good position to run well in the half Stu.
It's not easy to combine coaching with your own training, but you seem to be doing a well so far. Good idea to use the wind today. We have that problem quite a bit at Calwell. It's windy more often than not.
Totally agree with you on the washing thing! Bring on the warmer weather - but not toooooo hot ;)
same thoughts at june..does that just mean youre a lazy thinker!!! lol..woohoo 100kms more than last year :)
