No running that really matter today, second day in a row. I have the sleeping and eating thing in check now, but the doc has STRONGLY suggested no hard running of any shape or form for 5 days, just to make sure I have all of the 'stuff' out of me.
Last night I slept 10 hours and today I was HUNGRY, two things that didn't happen last week. So that was good!
I went to the track tonight for coaching purposes and to stroll a few laps, 6 in total, the first 2 with C & D.
