Tue 30 Jan 07, nearly a waste of time
I arrived at the VU track at 5pm, it was just starting to rain and a strong wind was there too. I took off for my warm up, after 3k I was still feeling very ordinary mentally & physically, so I ran another lap of the complex. Whilst stretching and chatting I decided I didn't really need to night's session; wind, off & on light rain, no watch and sore legs, oh well a resting evening.
Tommorrow, gym, lunch time tempo run & then an easy run with the S2F squads, hopefully 20k odd kms, so a rest today is cool.

You run more than 3km and count it as a rest day! Man, I have a LONG way to go!!! 3km for me is still a beaut effort!
