Brimbank Park run

Saturday afternoon 35-40 Western Aths & WLAC runners meet at Brimbank No.1 car park for our first Club 'pack run' for the winter season. I ran with five kids from my junior squad and sent Claire off with a group of older teenager girls, my group sat on 4:45 - 5 min pace for 8kms, excluding a 5 minute period the group sat very close together, which was pleasing.
