Thursday night at the track; the planned set was 3 sets of 4x200m @ 36 sec with a 100m float recovery (60 sec) and 4 minute break between sets. Due to a very windy evening we were going to dodge the back straight but I didn't want to change the session for the group so we started at the 200m start, then jogged back to the start of the 100m straight then floated into the headwind on the back straight, which worked.
My splits:
- 35.25 / 35.51 / 34.90 / 35.32
- 36.01 / 36.09 / 35.00 / 35.31
- 35.43 / 35.43 / 35.43 / 34.21
With 4 lap w/up, strides and 2 lap c/down, a 6km set.
